 2008 to present We were part of Clockenflap before it even became a festival and long before Pyjama was born, assisting for licensing for the first year, and have headed F&B ever since. In Hong Kong it doesn't get much more exciting than providing drinks for 65,000+ people over 3 days from 14 bars, plus acting for licensing, equipment supplier & caring for hundreds of staff, back stage crews and artists.  March 2015 to 2019 (2020 cancelled) The inaugural Art Central in March 2015 welcomed almost 30,000 art collectors, buyers and the public from Hong Kong and around the world, and immediately establishing itself as the must-see event in Hong Kong Art Week. Pyjama acted as site manager for the entire set-up, during the event and breakdown plus licensing contractor for food and alcohol, equipment supplier, events staff and local fixer. We now help them in Taipei too. |  Off Menu is a new dining experience for those who crave the unexpected. Pyjama was the lead contractor for all licensing, production, marquees, staff, cleaning, operations & AV (plus much much more) with our friends from T Dining/Tatler |  Sónar Hong Kong is the Hong Kong edition of the pioneering festival from Barcelona celebrating music, creativity and technology. Pyjama took care of all the bars, staff and much of the furniture & equipment. In 2018 Pizza Heaven was born - our own pizza stall! |
 For the first three editions we assisted for set up and breakdown crews, but in 2017/8 we headed all F&B running 4 stalls ourselves for the 67 day event, including pizzas, burgers, hot roast meat sandwiches and our very popular baked potato stall, plus private events. We also supplied 5x5m and 3x3m marquees in 2017&8 - the birth of our new company - "Pyjama Marquees" |  Pink Dot is one of Hong Kong’s most anticipated LGBTI+ events. Pink Dot is a free, fun, non-political outdoor concert and carnival. Pyjama was instrumental to changing the business plan in 2017 as the event and outgrown the free for all style, introducing real bars and food vendors. We also provided all those pink tents, the electrical power and distribution to make it all work, tables, chairs, fans. Big thanks to all the volunteers who worked so hard with us. We'll be back assisting in 2018 |  Over Sevens Weekend (Fri 7 to Sun 9 April), Lee Garden One – the iconic high-end shopping centre on Hysan Avenue in Causeway Bay – will be reinvented as the Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens FanWalk, offering fans, locals and visitors an international experience based on the Sevens theme “Where the World Comes to Play”. |
 2012 to 2018 Beertopia started in the historic Western Market in April 2012 with Pyjama acting as the food caterer and soft drinks supplier. We completely sold out and were sold on the idea of working with the organiser for future years. The festival has grown in size and ambition each year... and Pyjama has grown along side it acting as equipment supplier, providing staff and occasional beer taster! We were asked back for 2020 but the event was sadly cancelled. |  Pyjama worked with our friends at IMG: The Premier League Asia Trophy is a biennial tournament, which was held in Hong Kong in 2017, the first with four Premier League teams: Liverpool, Leicester City, West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace. We assisted for one week of training sessions at four venues and at the HK Stadium for the matches providing staff, logistics, laundry, tents and equipment. |
 The Volvo Ocean Race stopped off in Hong Kong in January 2018 at the end of the Kai Tak runway. Pyjama had the task of feeding the hungry crew and volunteers for over a month, and in keeping with the event's sustainable policy used all reusable crockery, glassware and cutlery.  24 hour races have been a youth movement since the very beginning, driven entirely by the spirit, energy and dedication of students - a global movement to end slavery. Students plan the events, run the races, fundraise and advocate in their communities. Teams run a continuous relay for 24 hours raising funds and awareness for anti-slavery charities in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, and San Francisco. Presents 黎明 Leon 30th Anniversary Random Love Songs 4D in Live April & May 2016 Catering to an audience for Canto Pop King Leon Lai 黎明 of 4500 fans per night for an 8 night run , Pyjama was in charge of F&B including the bar, operating 6 food stalls and the VIP tent, plus F&B licensing. Held at Central Harbourfront Events Space, the event was the first of its kind at the venue.  This year in 2018, July and August, SummerFest will open up this iconic space for everyone to relax and have fun with XXL Playground, illuminate! art installation, and other park facilities and garden games.  Most of Hong Kong's well known catering companies regularly use our services when they have larger events that need use of our huge collection of glassware, crockery, cutlery and other catering equipment, and/or extra staff, or just use of our vans, trucks and manpower for logistics. This way they can concentrate on what they do best - delicious food. |  November 2014October 2015 Following its roaring début last year, the Hong Kong Classic returns for a celebration of classic cars, motorcycles and all things vintage in a family festival at the Central Harbourfront Event Space. The second edition of the festival is expected to feature 100 classic auto-mobiles and motorcycles from collectors and aficionados in Hong Kong and further afield. |  October & November 2013 Pyjama was the logistics and catering supervisor for the part of the shoot in Hong Kong of the Hollywood production “Transformers: Age of Extinction” directed by Michael Bay staring Mark Wahlberg and featuring Kelsey Grammer. A very complicated, constantly changing three week Marathon of locations and production times all over the city at all times of day.  October 2014 ‘THE GREAT AMERICAN BBQ’ is an all day family friendly event celebrating the spirit of a ‘family BBQ’. Showcasing the world-renowned American BBQ culture, there will be a wide variety of BBQ favourites, great American wines, craft beers & more, all taking place on the grounds of Hong Kong’s Cyberport – The Podium |  |  Pyjama was brought in only three days before the crew arrived in Hong Kong from Seoul on Lady Gaga's Asian tour in April 2012 to provide all the equipment needed back stage to look after the cast & back-stage crew. We rented (and found suppliers to cross rent what we didn't already have) everything from fridges to t-spoons. Equipment hire is now one of our major activities and our warehouse and stock continues to grow. |

Pyjama provided support for the launch of a joint "Think Tank on Sustainable Urbanism" |  week long seminars When events company Concept 360° Events from Singapore needed local support for a week long seminar event in Hong Kong, they turned to Pyjama for assistance. |  The challenge for this charity event on Friday 15th June 2012, was to serve 700+ hungry staff of the company Duty Free Shopping a BBQ feast in Sai Kung Country Park almost all at the same time on a very tight budget in soaring temperatures. |

Twenty Four Hour Race
The annual Running to Stop the Traffik, Hong Kong 24 Hour Race was BACK for it’s 6th year and it's BIGGER THAN EVER with Pyjama's sponsorship and assistance. Over 1000 students from 30 different local and international schools will be pushing their physical limits by volunteering and competing in the 24 Hour relay event to raise funds and awareness to help fight human slavery.

A celebration of love for all, young and old, Pink Dot is an annual free, fun, non-political outdoor concert and carnival organised for allies, families, friends, and colleagues of LGBTI. In 2015, Pink Dot Hong Kong attracted an estimated 15,000 visitors, including many local celebrity ambassadors, with rising Hong Kong film and television star Gregory Wong as a highlight and 2016 beat that number headlined by C-Allstar.
