The FIA World RX Finale came to Hong Kong in November 2023 at Central Harbourfront Events Space, Tamar Park and along part of Lung Wo Road.  We were brought in by our friends at Serious Staging to manage several key aspects of this high-profile weekend event.

Marquee Provision: We served as the contractor for most of the marquees at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and all marquees in Tamar. This included the construction of two impressive VIP structures on a 3m platform offering prime views of the race.

VIP Hospitality Catering: We handled all VIP hospitality, building an on-site kitchen and providing staff to cater to numerous government officials, celebrities, and international FX racing royalty.

Public Bar Operations: We oversaw the operation of all public bars on site, encompassing stock sourcing, sponsor engagement, setup, inventory control, POS systems and staffing.

Food Vendor Management: We managed all food vendors responsible for public catering.

Despite the numerous challenges faced by the event organiser before, during, and after the event - making it one of the most stressful weeks of eventing we've ever experienced - our marquees looked magnificent against the Hong Kong skyline and next to the Rally Cars speeding around.  It was a huge challenge that our team undertook with successful results.
