We are a small but dedicated team with great respect for each other both professionally and hanging out together in our rare free moments.  This business is unbelievably stressful at times and supporting each other is not only essential but has been engrained in the pyjama working culture since long ago.  Each member knows his and her roles to make seamless the multitude of tasks the company performs each and every day across a huge range of services.

Rocky manages the daily flow of general rentals and client enquiries with precision, balancing busy schedules and client needs without missing a beat.  Always smiling and ever patient, Rocky is typically the first point of contact for new service requests, though he equally enjoys when we set him free at a big event, always ready to pull his weight for the success of a festival.

Matthew Chan

Matthew leads pyjama’s internal events and brand initiatives, managing licensing, updating systems, and ensuring we stay innovative and industry-ready.   The most tech savvy of the team, he also has the best eye for design and photography, instrumental in the company's rebranding and refinement efforts, and leading our social media output.   Like the rest of the team, Matthew is hands-on in executing Pyjama's major events.

Financial Operations Manager

Julia handles the most difficult job in the team — managing thousands of invoices and receipts during peak seasons, and processing payroll for hundreds of part-time staff for weekend events. She is the savior behind the scenes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the financial front.

We Are The Events Solutions People

Our challenge every day is to ensure successful events.  Rain or shine, easy venue or highly challenging, large-scale production or small gathering, our mission is to give every client the full & friendly pyjama service.

While events are our everyday business, we realise for our clients they may only throw a couple of parties a year, or lack experience for a corporate occasion and be unfamiliar with the rules at a certain venue.  Our role is to remove the stress leveraging our vast experience allowing you to concentrate on the content, your guests or your brand, always remembering events can and should be fun.
