In March 2024, we were approached to manage public food and beverage services for the Fan Village at the inaugural LIV Golf League Hong Kong tournament. Our responsibilities included operating all bars from two event containers (ours of course) and sourcing, curating, arranging licensing, and managing eight food vendors for the long weekend.

Additionally we managed the staff & POS systems for the vast merchandise operation.

Just days before date we also won the contract to cater to the LIV Golf Welcome Party with many of the players in attendance at SKY100.

While the welcome party was a subdued affair in March 2025, we were ask to reprise & expand our F&B role at the tournament Fan Village and Merchandise Tent with added responsibilities for roaming snack station buggies and some of the VIP bars & food offerings.
