Phil Murphy

Group Managing Director

British born, Phil Murphy is a highly regarded events leader in Hong Kong, having moved to the city in 1993.

Initially working and eventually owning bars, restaurants and clubs, all iconic for their day, Phil’s bar nurtured the DJs who went on to form Clockenflap Festival, with them bringing him along for the ride to head their F&B and along with it a change of Phil’s focus to events.

It is this drive which has seen him organically grow an independent company – now in its eleventh year – of empowered and dedicated team players, a company with one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry, with ambitions to grow further and take on new and exciting challenges.
