本網站由 Pyjama 有限公司擁有及營運。這些條款闡述了您使用我們的網站及我們所提供服務的條款與條件。本網站主要為客戶在香港舉辦派對、活動和節日等相關項目提供服務和產品的資訊及／或租賃服務。透過訪問或使用本網站的服務，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意接受這些條款的約束。

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

No person under the age of 18 may order alcohol through the use of this website.

When buying an item or service, you agree that: 

(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: 

(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process either through this website or us quoting and you subsequently paying a corresponding invoice.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

租賃條款

所有設備項目僅以租賃方式提供，並始終屬於 Pyjama 有限公司或我們的代理及承包商的獨有財產。

當我們收到全額款項或事先協定的金額後，預訂將獲得確認（視乎庫存情況）。餘額必須在指定的日期前繳清。

設備的租賃價格以及丟失/破損/損壞的費用，可在本網站上查閱。租用方同意按照所列價格，賠償任何租賃物品的丟失、破損或損壞。

租賃期最長為 五天，價格不變。這讓您能夠有充足時間在活動前取得設備，並在活動後方便時歸還——無需趕急。對於帳篷和大型結構等較大物品，租賃期最長為 七天，價格不變，以便有足夠時間進行安裝和拆卸。如需更長的租賃期，可與您的銷售代表協商額外費用。

玻璃器皿會以專門的層架提供，方便放入我們的商用洗碗機。您只需將玻璃器皿中的所有液體倒空，以便輕鬆運回我們的倉庫；活動後無需清洗。

陶瓷餐具只需刮除食物殘渣即可；活動後無需清洗，除非您的食物可能會沾污我們的設備。

當您租賃物品時，即表示您同意： (i) 您有責任在確定租賃前，閱讀完整的物品清單； (ii) 您已仔細核對租賃細節，包括準確的送貨地址、正確的送貨日期和時間，以及活動後的正確收件日期和時間； (iii) 當您承諾租賃物品，並透過本網站完成結帳付款程序，或透過我們報價並隨後支付相應發票時，您即進入具有法律約束力的租賃合約。

租用方必須事先告知我們是否有任何樓梯或其他送貨困難，並同意支付 Pyjama 有限公司所釐定的額外所需人手費用。

對於自取租賃物品，一旦設備準備就緒，客戶須自行負責所有物流安排。這包括協調第三方運輸和管理設備歸還。所有取件和歸還手續，必須由您本人或您的授權代表親自前往我們位於 22樓的倉庫單位辦理。

Cancellation of paid up bookings should be made in writing. Less than 2 days before the booked date, the full price is payable.  Between 2 to 5 days before the booked date, deposit will be forfeited.

In the event of Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or a Black Storm Warning, both parties reserve the right to postpone the event and reschedule another date that is convenient to both parties.

Where extra logistics or labour is required we will liaise with the client prior to the cancellation of the event. The client is responsible for any costs paid out or due to be incurred due to postponement or cancellation.

Unless stated otherwise, rented or supplied equipment is at all times exclusively at the risk of the client at the venue of the event. Pyjama Ltd accepts no liability for any incident involving our equipment and the client hereby indemnifies Pyjama Ltd against all claims for damage to property or injury to persons. Suitable insurance should be taken out to cover the client's liabilities for the term of the event. 

Acceptance of our goods on site constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that casual staff are covered by appropriate Employees' Compensation Insurance.

Casual staff should be employed for a minimum of 4 hours

Formal Events: Staff are required to wear all black. This includes a black shirt, trousers, and shoes for men, or similar for women, unless alternative instructions are provided.

Casual Events (e.g., beach events): Staff should wear jeans or shorts, as appropriate for the weather, unless alternative instructions are provided.

The client agrees to provide adequate soft drinks/water for all staff 

For events over 6 hours duration the client agrees to provide a short break and offer adequate food.

Missed and delayed payments will incur a Late Payment Fee. This fee is calculated at 5% of outstanding payment per month.

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，Pyjama Ltd 在任何情況下均不對任何間接的、懲罰性的、附帶的、特殊的、後果性的或懲戒性的損害承擔責任，包括但不限於因使用或無法使用本服務而引起的或與之相關的利潤損失、商譽損失、使用損失、數據損失或其他無形損失。

對於超出 Pyjama Ltd 直接控制範圍且如您協議中所述，活動所有者因本活動營運和活動而遭受的任何財務損失或其他損失，Pyjama Ltd 概不承擔任何責任。

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，Pyjama Ltd 對以下任何情況不承擔任何責任：(i) 內容中的任何錯誤、疏忽或不準確之處； (ii) 因您存取或使用我們的服務而導致的任何性質的人身傷害或財產損失；以及 (iii) 任何未經授權存取或使用我們的安全伺服器和/其中個人資訊的儲存的任何行為。

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

本條款、本條款項下規定的權利和救濟，以及與本條款和/或服務相關的任何及所有索賠和爭議，均應完全且排他地受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區實體法管轄、解釋和執行，且不考慮其衝突法原則。任何及所有此類索賠和爭議均應提交位於中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的有管轄權的法院，且您特此同意由該法院專屬管轄。特此明確排除《聯合國國際貨物銷售合約公約》的適用。
