An annual highlight we always look forward to, Ginsanity is Hong Kong’s premier gin festival, painting the town in its signature purple year after year. As a free-admission event, it consistently attracts thousands of local gin lovers and both local and international craft distillers.

Having partnered with the friendly Ginsanity team for so many years, this event has become a seamless, stress-free tradition for us. Throughout our long-term partnership, Pyjama has handled everything from the iconic pop-up booths and furniture setup to full event staffing and managing the complex power distribution required to keep all the vendors running. We also navigate the intricate web of event licensing (including TPPE, TLLL, and TFFL) every year. As the festival evolved, we transitioned their event operations from traditional cashier setups into a fully modern, cashless experience. It’s a standard, smooth-running operation that remains one of our absolute favourite annual projects.
