Staff can make or break your event, and at Pyjama we have sought out some of the best - professional and knowledgeable but just as important with character and style.
(services include: waiters ,servers, bar tenders, cooks, chefs, security, logistics, cashiers, cleaners)
To give you an idea of pricing:
basic waiter or server $185 per hour
Chef $210 + per hour

Casual staff must be employed for a minimum of 4 hours

Late night finish, taxi fare will be charged

For formal events they will wear all black - shirt, trousers & shoes for guys, or all in one for girls, unless told otherwise

For casual events eg on a beach, they will wear jeans or shorts as appropriate to the weather, unless told otherwise

Please provide adequate soft drinks/water for all staff

For events over 6 hours duration kindly give a short break or provide food.
Service charge for public holidays/Chinese festivals
Please be informed that there will be additional charges for the following dates:
a) Winter Solstice, an important Chinese festival for a Chinese family assembling together, daytime lunch charged as usual. All events on that evening till next day shall be charged 150% of the usual.
b) Christmas Eve, daytime lunch charged as usual. All events on that evening till next day shall be charged 200% of the usual.
c) Christmas Day, we charge 200% of the usual.
Boxing day as usual.
d) New Year's Eve, daytime Lunch charged as usual. All events on that evening till next day shall be charged 200% of the usual.
e) New Year Day, we charge 150% of the usual.
f) Lunar New Year's Eve, daytime Lunch charged as usual. All events on that evening till next day shall be charged 200% of the usual.
g) The 1st and the 2nd day of Lunar New Year, all events on that evening till next day shall be charged 200% of the usual. The 3rd day we charge 150% of the usual.
