If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning hits, we’ll work with you to reschedule safely. (Weather terms will be outlined in your contract.)

You’ll be charged the replacement cost (listed in our equipment catalog).

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Rentals: cancel more than 5 days ahead = full refund. 1–5 days = deposit forfeited. Less than 24 hours = full charge.
Full events: cancellation policies are spelled out in your contract.
